Instant Aire came to my house for a free cleaning and noticed that my A/C was leaking Freon badly. They did the work professionally and quickly. It is a bit expensive but I don't have much to compare it to when it comes to cost. They do have 0% interest payment plans which helps with the financial strain.

Very unprofessional and over charges for service!Since assuming Turner Heating&Air in Shepherdsville they have managed to ruin the good customer service reputation Turner had!I had a service agreement with them on two homes, however, it was very difficult to schedule appointments with them.I wasn’t able to get the spring check up scheduled until late summer.I would not recommend them to anyone!

My mother, who is a senior citizen hasn’t had a very good experience with this place They have been out three times to make repairs and for the most part they get the issue resolved on a furnace that is under warranty. This time the service man was at her place for a hour and a half making repairs to the unit, just to be told before leaving that the thermostat needs to be replaced and the cost to do that would be $300.00!! THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace a thermostat The service man forgot to reattach the service panel to the unit, left and she still has no heat. The customer service definitely needs work.

Their price to replace a compressor fan was just under $700. The fan can be bought on Amazon for $120. They charge $100 per visit if you don't use their services. I had them out twice the first time the unit started to work and the second I discovered it would cost $700 to fix the unit. I spent $200 and still have a non working unit. They don't do billing and made me read my credit card number over a recorded line. They told me they would take the recording off, but the phone continued to tell me the call was being recorded. Contrary to the response, no warranty was offered.

High prices and low quality service. $100 service fee with little actual service done to the HVAC system other than use my hose to clean the coils on one of the 2 units and added 2.3 pounds of coolant (charged me for 3 pounds and a membership I didn’t agree to). The repairman spent more time preparing a bid at 200% markup for multiple replacement parts I don't need. Repairman forgot to reinstall the furnace shroud, and seemed to lack experience actually taking care of the equipment in front of him. There are better HVAC service options than this one.

So let me Start off By saying I had high Hopes for this Company.(Based on Reviews).As they offered a good value for a quote.But that's Honestly all they HAD going.1 st call to initiate a quote.Went over well a Polite and responsive representative.Who got me on the Books Next day..Sweet 85°in house)(9-8-22)1130 am appointment time.Which I left work early to meet( Lost Money).1130 rolls around and no one shows.Call in to check on ETA again Pleasant Representative.Informs me he is on his way,Should be there any moment.AWESOME.20 MINS LATER GET A CALL FROM SAME REPRESENTATIVE she informs me he is running Behind.(No big deal it happens).130 pm arrival time.Rolls past.Recieve a call at 215 from diffrent representative who was quite Rude like I was inconvienceing her,informs me that itll be 6pm before someone will arrive.I had to cancel as no longer works with my Schedule.Rebooked for today 9-9-2022 for 2pmNo one shows call at 245 Representative says wow they should be there. The tech came out and told me I needed to replace the AC & furnace, told me it needed &7000.00 in parts without even looking at the system, I called another company and they said did you call instant air, and they said 'they are doing that to everyone, so they came out in less than 15 minutes put on a $50.00 capacitor, total charge $138.00. Much better than $12,000,the tech is paid by commission.

These guys are truly amazing gentlemen! We had to make the big decision on getting a complete new system and Rodney walked us through every step and gave us all the time we needed to decide even in our 90 degree house because the air was out. Then we had the install the very next day! These boys Brock, Jake, and Zack were the most amazing and polite crew! We had our 6 year old here during this and they were so kind and caring to her and she absolutely adored them and "helped" them with anything and everything she could! I had contacted this company. They have a 4.9 rating and were polite on the phone. However after the tech arrived he tried to immediately sell me a product . I told him we needed to focus on the ac issue. He worked on his assessment for about an hour came out of his truck with a legal pad and started telling me all of the issues that I had with my system basically every part in it needed to be replaced to the tune of $17,000. I then asked how much it would cost to just replace the entire system he said he would have to do some measuring. I told him the home was 2300 square feet if you look that up on the internet it should be a 4 or 5 ton unit he said he didn't do things that way and I told him he could just go ahead and leave my property. Upon him leaving the property I tested the unit myself I found the only thing that was wrong with it was the capacitor. a $36 part that I replaced myself and the unit is running fine. Beware of this company they are trying to sell things that you don't need.
