Instant Aire arrived to service a 2014 York Heat Pump and 2012 York Air handler with a blank thermostat. Discovered blown fuse, clogged coil, and microbial growth. After troubleshooting, found burn marks on defrost board and smoked contactor. Customer approved repairs and signed up for maintenance agreement. UV sterilizer and surge protection can be transferred to new equipment in the future. Satisfaction guaranteed with repair expense credited towards new HVAC system if needed within 6 months.

Re route my clean out and now its running up hill. He quoted ne a new system when all the issue was the ckean out was clogged. Bryant heating and air came after he left and laughed and fixed it in 10 minutes. Blew air through the clean out instead of the shop vac that was used be instant air and Bryant heating and air anow has the clean out drain changed back to the orginal way of folllowing.
