Springfield, KY - When I got the job, he told me that four other companies has been out here and had diagnosed a battery reversing valve and I’ve given him repair prices and replacement prices. When I got here I went through the full system. I took my detector to the evaporator coil and found it to be leaking inside it was going off like crazy in multiple places. It was not just one little leak. He also has biological growth growing on his air handler door frame And then he also has a bad defrost board outside. I went outside and tried jumping out the defrost board to get the run and go in the defrost like it should cause it was all thought up outside, but it wouldn’t do anything. It just didn’t do anything at allso I went over all this with him. He wasn’t interested in any repair prices at that point I still got him a repair price just to show good faith with him, but he was interested at all. He told me him and his wife were interested in our basic equipment package, but he needs to talk to his wife a
